it's been a while

It's been a while since I left Singapore.
It's been a while since I blog.
It's been a while since I lost my passport.
It's been a while since I traveled.

The wait is over, the agony too.
The little red book arrived on time and no more time wasting. I zipped to Amsterdam.
As usual. Awesome!

Everybody speaks English in Amsterdam. That makes thing so much easier.
Despite her fame for vices, it is safe, nice and pretty. The city is so well planned.
And now I know why Amsterdam is famous for their windmill. It is really bloody windy. Oh well... it kept raining while we were there as well. Not simply rain drops but hail stones as well. We had hail stones lashing at our faces while on top of a windmill. Don't get me wrong. It was an awesome experience.

Fastfood was our primary selection of cuisine. Yes, it's a cuisine. Our only indulgence was a dutch dinner in a restaurant and pastries at the roadside stall.

It is a unique city, regardless of your objective(s) in Amsterdam.
I am missing it slightly now.
But it's ok. My little red book is here. I am flying off on Friday again!

the weather.

Well... It kinda snowed today. Not exactly from my point of view but many people said so.
I felt more like icy raindrop splattering on my face.
It ain't exactly the most beautiful sight, once again from my perspective.
But still it's not freezing cold, pretty much manageable. Nice in fact.

I finally attended 2 classes after sometime. Quite sometime to be honest.
And BOSS is done. It's a pre-sign, signifying the end of my exchange.
Still the question hangs....
Where is my passport?

dorm worm

I was a dorm worm for the past 3 to 4 days.

I wake up to a gloomy morning.
I sat down and do my assignment.
I went for a bowl of cornflake.
I continue my assignment.
I starved.
I cooked my dinner.
I stoned.
I slept.
I was a dorm worm.

I finally got out today to school, then headed to town. It was windy, rainy and cold. But it feels good to be out of my cave. So... where's my passport??
